Onboarding
If ETOR Express is determined to be a good fit for your needs, then we'll start the onboarding process. Onboarding includes signing a Service Agreement, signing a Business Associate Agreement, and building the integrations to your system.
The integration process begins after the onboarding fees have been received, and typically takes 4-6 weeks.
Additionally, we'll start building any out-of-network integrations needed by your organization.
At the end of this process, your system will be connected to ETOR Express, and all integrations that were initially scoped will be completed.

Requesting New Integrations
As your business grows, and you need new integrations, all you have to do is reach out to our sales team and tell them what new integrations you'll need.
For qualifying integrations (in-network, typical use case), you should expect the integrations to take less than a week to be built.
For out-of-network systems or custom use cases, integrations may take 4-6 weeks on average to be built.
